Welcome to The Empowered Healer Project LLC & Social Club!

The Empowered Healer Project LLC was created to meet several needs for healthcare professionals.
1.) A private club and social community just for licensed counselors and therapists, with activities and community gatherings.
2.) An online coaching program designed specifically for healthcare professionals.
The Empowered Healer Project and Social Club was created by Founder and Owner, Elizabeth Hartshorn, LPC (licensed professional counselor) in Oregon. You can learn more about her therapy practice, which is separate from the Empowered Healer Project, at www.fullcirclecounseling.com. In her therapy practice, Elizabeth helps licensed healthcare professionals and adults heal, empower, and transform their lives.
The Empowered Healer Project offers coaching for healthcare professionals to address moral injury, burn out, and the stress of working in healthcare as part of the Empowered Healer Project Coaching Program.
After 30 years of experience in the mental health profession, half of which were in private practice, Elizabeth became painfully aware that she had become professionally and socially isolated. In 2025, she reached out to colleagues inviting them to engage in an experiment of friendship for a year. It began with five fellows sipping coffee in the garden and now it has become a thriving social community called the Empowered Healer Project Social Club. The social club has been described as an honor society, a tribe, and a sorority with distinguished colleague ambassadors as Leadership Council.
We are a welcoming community! If this sounds of interest to you, follow the steps below and reach out to register!

Connect With A Community Just for Counselors & Therapists! After a successful year long experiment in connection to prevent social isolation, The Empowered Healer Community is establishing as a private social club just for counselors and therapists!
The mission of the Empowered Healer Project Social Club is to create a secure, meaningful, and sustainable community where Oregon-licensed mental health professionals can connect as whole people, “human first, therapist second” to support one another as colleagues, and strengthen both personal well-being and professional resilience. The EHP Club exists to reduce professional isolation by offering private social gatherings, peer-to-peer support opportunities, shared learning experiences, and community-centered activities that are not clinical supervision, therapy, formal consultation, continuing education, business solicitation, or political organizing. Through our shared commitment to Connect, Empower, and Transform. We foster collegial friendships, mutual encouragement, personal growth, professional sustainability, and a sense of belonging that helps members weather the systemic strains affecting healthcare and the mental health profession. We are a community of excellence, not perfection and strive to uplift each other and our profession!

We are an Empowered Radical, Welcoming Community that upholds professional integrity.

We are an Empowered Radical, Welcoming Community that upholds professional integrity.
Showing up as “Human First, Therapist Second” by cultivating an open, accepting space where we can show up as ourselves first, in a welcoming, non-competitive space where private practitioners openly share resources, insights, support, activities and events with a “can-do” attitude amongst colleague friends. We offer meaningful social gatherings, Fireside Circle peer to peer support, and opportunities to become an ambassador to our mission in the Leadership Council. As licensed therapists navigating this changing landscape of private practice and healthcare, our focus is on self and community empowerment by eliminating professional isolation and providing a supportive community of collegial friends.
